Directions:
1. Position over tip penis, then unroll the latex sleeve over enire length.
2. Use adhesive strap around top of sleeve to secure to penis avoiding constriction.
3. Affix distal end to drainage tubing.

Cautions:
1. Sterilized with EO gas.
2. Single use only, sterile unless package is opened and damaged.
